Tito Ortiz to become the highest paid MMA fighter?

I just can’t understand why people like Tito Ortiz.  It looks like he’s going to get signed to Affliction, maybe today.

Tito Ortiz is set to become the highest paid MMA fighter in history when a “ground-breaking” deal between the free-agent fighter and Affliction is announced as early as Wednesday during a press conference for Affliction’s next card, which will be held Oct. 11 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.

So I guess Affliction is going to become the next UFC with rednecks in the audience booing the whole fight while drinking their Busch beer.
